We're delighted to have you among our candidates for the position of Customer Service Coordinator!

In order to be objective and to make sure that the scope of your knowledge and skills corresponds to the requirements of this job, we invite you to take a test.

Task 1

Students send you applications to pay for courses and start learning. What resources would you use to automate the collection of applications? What information do you think should be requested from students? What kind of system would you build for processing such requests, including internal and external communications?

Task 2

In this task, you will need to set up tab synchronization in the table using formulas and conditional formatting. You can use any tools you like to customize the table. It is important to keep the table neat and readable. Hint: the whole process should be tied to the student's mail.

1. Export the payment data from the Students' Payments tab to other tabs so that:
   • In the Students' Progress tab, the paid column values are TRUE/FALSE.
   • In the Students Base tab, the payment column contains checkmarks/TRUE values or empty boxes/FALSE values.
   • In the Students Base tab, the payment_date column contains actual payment dates.
2. In the Students' Progress tab, the status column should display information about the students' progress based on what topic they have completed. For example, if the topic_position column contains 0, then the status column should have a phrase like "Passed the first topic".
3. Sync the free_course_progress column of the Students Base tab with the status column of the Students' Progress tab.
4. Sync the practicum_login column of the Students Base tab with the user_name column of the Students' Progress tab.
5. Sync the timezone column of the Students Base tab with the timezone column in the Students' Progress tab. Sample result that you should get:

Task 3

The deadline for the start of the new cohort is in several days. Your team leader is asking you how many students have finished the intro course and how many of them have already made the payment. How would you calculate the number of such students and how would you produce the data? Show an example of how you can automate this calculation in the table from the previous task.
